REMINDERS:
One of the problem areas in apartment living is the noise that results from many people living in close proximity to one another. In apartment living it is very important to show consideration for your neighbors at all times.

In order to ensure the peaceful enjoyment of the complex by all residents, take care at all times to keep noise at a very low level.

When passing through the common hallways, stairwells, etc., keep voices below the normal speaking level and take care not to slam doors or create other disturbances that would bother your neighbors. In the parking area it is prohibited to rev the engine on automobiles or use motorcycles or automobiles without mufflers.
In your own apartment take care not to let television, music, or voices become so loud that the sounds are carried to other apartments or down the hallways. Be especially careful to keep the bass level turned down on stereos as this sound, due to resonance, is most easily carried.

During social gatherings it is especially important to keep the noise level at a minimum so as not to disturb other residents or visitors in the complex. It is recommended that the guest list is limited to a small number of responsible individuals. You are always held responsible for the actions of your guests. Guests should not be wandering through the building or onto the grounds where other residents may be disturbed. Considering all these factors, “kegger's” and large booze parties are completely prohibited. It is also important to understand that peaceful enjoyment extends beyond the building so shouting from decks, patios, or outside common areas must be restrained.

If you keep your neighbors in mind at all times, a quiet, peaceful, and harmonious atmosphere will always prevail in the complex.
